This Soho loft features Plain Sawn Select White Oak in wide 11″ widths, finished with Hardwick in a low sheen to gently accentuate the White Oak’s warm golden tones. The renovation, by CooperBuild and John Butterworth Architects, transformed the historic space in a cast iron building into a sophisticated yet warm and personal urban residence while preserving its architectural heritage.
