Lifetime Structural Warranty
Every Vermont Plank floor, solid and engineered, is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser. With proper care, your floor will remain beautiful for generations.
What’s covered
- Defects in milling, dimension, assembly, and grade
- Delamination of engineered flooring
- Refinishing: our floors are built to be professionally sanded multiple times, per NWFA guidelines
What’s not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, and reduction in finish gloss
- Water or moisture damage
- Natural color variation and wood character
- Installation issues, labor, and related costs
Keeping your warranty valid: maintain indoor relative humidity between 35% and 55%. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair the affected area, provide comparable replacement flooring, or refund the purchase price.
Returns & Cancellations
Every Vermont Plank Flooring order is custom milled to your specifications: species, grade, width, length, and finish. Because each floor is made specifically for your project, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
- Deposits: Production begins with a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable if an order is cancelled.
- Inspect on arrival: Please inspect your flooring before installation and report any manufacturing defect within 10 days of delivery. Once flooring is installed, visible defects are considered accepted.
- Close-outs, specials, and overruns are sold as-is.
