White Oak Flooring, Princeton University Art Museum
The transformation of the Princeton University Art Museum represents a bold new chapter for one of the nation’s oldest collecting institutions, blending sophisticated modern architecture with timeless materials. To complement the gallery’s expansive and light-filled design, the project features Vermont Plank Flooring’s Select White Oak in 6″ widths. Our Bread Loaf finish was selected for a soft, neutral undertone that grounds the space while allowing the world-class artwork to remain the primary focus. By choosing sustainably sourced wide-plank oak, the design team has created a warm, cohesive aesthetic that flows effortlessly through the museum’s reimagined social and exhibition spaces.
